 ISAE 3402 Report
ERPsourcing is a certified company according to ISAE 3402 (International Standard on Assurance Engagements). ISAE 3402 is a new, widespread and effective methodology for internal control reporting in connection with service providers.
Many companies tie in external service providers to run their business processes. The outsourcing company remains responsible for the fulfillment of regulatory requirements. ISAE 3402 reports confirms that a company has a functioning control system and its report is issued by an auditor. The ISAE 3402 reports are more and more required by companies listed on the U.S. stock market mainly during the quotation/tender phases – which is in conjunction with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
